Hunter
sorry.. long day at work. And now that I have started hunting with the rimfire, it has changed the whole way I look at hunting Im sure everyone felt this when they moved to firearms. Have to say, a good shot. dunganick
i dont mean to deviate, but it was my understanding that it was accepted in this law (cant remember its name right now) that a certain number of animals not causing damage would be shot for consumption or sport? young gun
all birds are protected by the wildlife and countryside act 1985 and as far as i was aware you can only shoot wood pigeons or the other pest species of birds under a general license and so you must be shooting them for pest control or preventing the spread of disease etc. i don't think you are able to shoot any simply for sport or consumption. I may be wrong, it happens all to often
