steve_b_wales
I actually made a decoy out of the skin. I'll find the thread when I get home from work. But, I skinned the fox, salted it, and then washed it in cold water. I soaked the skin for a few days in tanning solution bought from Snowdonia Taxidermy Supplies. This makes the skin very soft. I fixed wire mesh to the skin side of the fox, and this allowed me to shape it to most positions that I wanted. I have'nt really put it to the test properly yet, but will do so during the spring season. Any questions, pm me.

corvid wings
found they work better if the tail is up in the air .so thin wire in the tail and it moves about in the wind ,saw charlie run through a field of geese last week tail up and he got a peck from every goose in the field.felt rather sorry for him .
