HDAV
Eley first, lyvale express, hull compx, gamebore steel competition, some are 70mm gamebore are eley might be (67.5) hull and express are 65mm I think don't know any others. Apparently Hull do a 22g Steel load in a 70mm case "Pro steel" Edited January 15, 2012 by HDAV
haggis
Seen a nice English sbs but 2.5" chamber wondered whether 21g were right length.
HDAV
Worth a check with the cart manufacturer but there are definitely modern cartridges designed for the older 2.5" chamber. I think you'd need 65mm rather than 67.5mm Edited January 17, 2012 by HDAV

I think you'd need 65mm rather than 67.5mm 65's or 67's will both go in a 2 1/2 inch chamber gun , there are Loads of 65 mm cartridges available in steel or lead , i wouldnt use Steel in a Damascus barreled gun or in a gun Not proofed for Steel loads wb

You can get up to 28 gram as well in a 65mm case , i used some Hull 65mm 7.5 in 28 gram from my local clay ground only last week

I would check that a gun is suited to 67mm before using them, it may only take 65! You can get at least 32g loads in 65mm, I have some, along with standard 28g clay loads. I don't think all 21g loads are 65mm, I think some are 70mm.

bicykillgaz
67's should go in a 65mm gun as I've just got 250 hulmax 34g 3's it says to use in a minimum chamber if 65mm even though it says they are 67mm on the side of the cartridges. I've also just checked them next to some gamebore 32g no6's 65mm and the hulmax are definitely longer yet sold to suit 65mm chambers. Floating Chamber
As I've stated before, Eley 'Grand Prix' and 'Maximum' were loaded in 70mm cases in the 1950/60s and were crimp closure. It stated on the box that they were safe to fire in 65mm chambers. (I still have an old box with this on!!!) Edit: spacing.
