Billy.
So in the office, we're talking about eating veal. I personally love it and some others don't. Our compliance officer, mid 40s, female, three kids, house etc, starts to talk about Lamb. "I'm not the biggest fan of lamb. I eat it probably once a month, but I wouldn't eat a young lamb." I did a massive double take and questioned it. "You do know that lamb is a young sheep?" "Oh, I thought lamb was an old sheep." She replied. Alpha Mule
Good grief! Obviously only eats meat from animals that drop pre-packaged cling-filmed gobbets of sanitised, blood free, no pain dollops of meat. Explain to her what sausages are made from I told one mate about the eyeballs, foreskin, kneecaps, nostrils, etc. that go into sausages. He never touched them again for as long as I knew him. hendersons
I was once on the way to an outside catering job with a young chef. On the way there we went past a field of sheep he piped up with "can you eat sheep?" God only knows what they are teaching these kids at catering college. Turned out he thought people just farmed them for wool.
