Rimfireboy
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience of stirrup pumps for charging buddy bottles. How long does it take to fill a 400cc bottle, how much effort is involved and are they reliable and worth the money? Any info, thanks. Gizza22196
if you hit the gym for 7 or 8 hours every day then you should be fine, i use a pump for guns with smaller cylinders like my t-10 but i take my s16 bottle to the gun shop and they fill it for me for free because it really does make you sweat trying to pump the blood thing

Rem223
I have just bought myself one of these http://www.airriflepump.com/acatalog/Air_Rifle_Pump_index.html more expensive than some, but it was "Made in England" which is something you dont see very often these days sadly. As Gizza says its a lot of work but for me its the convenience of not having to track down a diving shop makes it worth having. Dannyboy220
I use a stirrup pump for my BSA super ten with a 200cc bottle and need 3 breaks to fill it properly now I wish I had put the money towards a bottle as its too much like hard work. Can't even imagine what 400cc would do o me xxxx that sir

Shropshire_Lad
Depends on a few things, your height, weight and getting the knack. I'm qhite short, about 5'9" but fast aproaching 15st and find them quite easy to get on with. Let your body weight do the work not your arms. atvb Paul. Robin128
If it doesn't work on the gun...It's always good for a relaxing soapy enema! Look out...incoming! :look:
