MM
I have something similar, and they are very nice guns. Think mine was dated around 1910.
Andy H
One of the inspectors marks R with a star is for Wagemans Sylvain that should be between 1951-1965 ,Also look for one letter on its own with no star above it ,This maybe a Greek letter in that date range and that is the date code for the exact year. Mind you the 12C inside a diamond according to the charts was only used up to 1924 and the same with the 65 over 20.5 chamber length over chamber diameter up to 1924 ,Confusing or what , The date letter will sort it out. You also have a mark of ML which should be Manufacture Liégeoise of weapons with fire Edited March 25, 2012 by Andy H
Fib new
I've got one of these in 20bore. Mine is from 1962, very nice gun and very light. Since it's light I use it for walked up shooting and rabbits when training the spaniels. Very common over here (Holland) and not expensive.
