Cranfield
I spent an hour either side of a noon high tide today, whipping the sea into a frenzy with my mackerel feathers. It was really hard work and I only caught 9 mackerel, quite a lot of anglers around me didn't catch any. The water was fairly clear, but the fish were at extreme range. If I didn't feel them as the weight dropped to the bottom, then I knew it was a wasted cast. Barbecue tonight.

Cranfield
NTTF, they are usually gone during early August, although we have caught them in Ireland (Atlantic Ocean) right through until November, I think its a Gulf Stream thing.
