Well I`ve got the machine and the hog casings are on their way and there are a good few pigeons in the fridge,stand by the world of bangers is never going to be the same :rolleyes:

Anyone else do a bit of sausage stuffing?

 

From around 15 to 19 years old i did about 500 pounds in weight a week! :rolleyes:

oooooo Axe,

 

honey with course ground mustard. One of my absolute favourites :rolleyes:

 

Here you go Axe my kids favourite pattie that I make with both venison and wild boar mince

 

1/4 cup water

2tsp saly

2tsp rubbed sage

1tsp pepper

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers

1/8 tsp ground ginger

2 pounds meat

 

In a bowl combine water and all seasonng. Add meat and mix well. Shape into 8 4 inch patties
