One of my absolute favourites Here you go Axe my kids favourite pattie that I make with both venison and wild boar mince 1/4 cup water 2tsp saly 2tsp rubbed sage 1tsp pepper 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red peppers 1/8 tsp ground ginger 2 pounds meat In a bowl combine water and all seasonng.
