Ant8681
Takes me about a minute, I got taught by an old cornish boy, if you can get someone to show you its easier but youtube has loads of different ways of doing it. It will be interesting to find out if there is a world champion rabbit pauncher
southeastpete
I've watched those vids on youtube and I swear they find ones with easy skins, or skin it, put it back on, then make vid. Mine often get stuck around the front legs, and don't say just pull harder, tried that, pulls the legs out.

FalconFN
It depends on the age and sex of the rabbit, young ones and does are easy but big old bucks can be a pain. Paunching takes all of 10 seconds, skinning another minute or so but I spend most of my time filleting, de-boning, soaking, washing and then freezing them. garden gun
Second Falcon. It does also depend on how "in practice" you are - I have not gutted and skinned a bunny in ages so I would not be the fastest on the plane at the mo. Bunny just like any other quarry species - woodies can either pluck easy or be a pain. Must admit to just taking the breast meat most of the time having skinned it just in the breast area as this saves a lot of time.
Bleeh
About a minute when warm, maybe 100 seconds when cold.

When you pull the skin up to the neck, the 'elbows' of the front legs should be just visible. Hook your index finger around the inside of the elbow joint and pull the paws back through the skin. The fur just tears around the tops of the paws and you can just snip them off. Cut through the neck while the head is covered by the pelt and it's job jobbed
apache
You should be able to skin and gut in about a minute if you have the stuff ready and get into the swing of it. The quickest way is to chop feet and head off with a chopping board and cleaver. Take pinch of skin over abdomen and slit with knife. Tear skin as fas as possible. Work around the back of bunny and then hold bunny in one hand and skin in the other and pull. Gut after skinning.
TaxiDriver
A chap off here showed me how to do it and could do a bunny in about 20 seconds = Skinned and Paunched Still takes me about 5 mins ( I don't do many)
nobby
In the dark and wet in the back of my van can knock 4 or 5 out in 10 mins. You wouldn't want to keep the pelts but that does include separating guts and stuff ( can't leave them onsite loads of chooks and it attracts the foxes. De breasting pigeons around 30 secs to a min.
