P~MX
after seein FrogLube bein talked about on facebook and youtube I took the bull by the listeners and bought some (£24 for 4oz) and it's not cheap either, it's supposed to put a coating on your guns and after a few coats have built up they are supposed to very easily cleaned with little to no effort required ! as we shoot a lot of fibre wads I get a lot of lead fouling in my barrels just in the forcing cones, its supposed to be best used when the barrels are warm/hot and they suggest usin a hair drier. I've set my barrels out in the sun this week and used the froglube and it seems to be the job, Has anyone else tried it yet ? Please let me know what you think and If you find any good tips on using it ?

goldeneye243
Thinking about getting some froglube myself - How are you getting on with it?
P~MX
I use my froglube every time I clean my shot guns, I think it's brilliant stuff, it's a tad on the expensive side to start with but it goes a long way, it'll clean and protect every part of your gun without harmin any part of it, I bought it because I shoot a fair amount of fibre wads shells which leave a serious amount of lead marks in the barrels, the more I clean my gun with froglube the easier it gets the next time, each time it's used it leaves a micro film coatin inside the barrels which makes them so easy to clean and I haven't even use it with a heat gun as they suggest - I just put some on a bronze brush and put the rod into the my cordless drill and give it a half a dozen goes up and down and then I leave it for a few minute to I get in around the action cleaned and then I go back and snake it through the barrels with a nice wee clean patch over the snake each time to keep it clean and thats the job done.
