Cranfield
We have two small holly bushes that we started from cuttings. The failure rate can be high, I think we potted about six to get two. My wife tells me it does vary with the variety of holly, some are easier than others.
Bigbob
If your going to try it from the holly berries freeze them first it makes them think winters over and helps them germinate apperntly
new to the flock
Thanks folks. I have rooting gel so may give cuttings ago. BigBob, you should let all berry seeds and nut seeds sit through the winter to dampen off or they will not germinate. Thanks again, NTTF
