I've not looked about for local clay shoots yet, but I'd be interested if you find any that look decent. We went to one over in Ongar, bit of a trek but a nice setting. It's the White Bear Gun Club, they're on the web http://www.shot-your-trap.co.uk/index.html Everyone seemed friendly and happy to chat to a newbie. Still looking for something nearer but heading to Essex Guns in Romford soon (they've been recommended) and they should know all the Clay Shoots I imagine.
