Frenchieboy Posted July 6, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 6, 2012 pete they look the nuts mate i could have that meal every day but with capers there like little olive type things top job on the fillets you just cant beat fresh fish like that :good: You're not wrong there Andy mate, if you are going to eat fish it wants to be fresh. Those fillets were being cooked within 90 minutes of being caught. You can't get much fresher than that unless you are camping alongside the lake or river with a pan on the camp fire - And I've done that before now in Scotland at Loch Tay!
