Just wanted to say what excellent service i have received from Sportsman Gun Center, received a faulty belt, sent it back Tuesday, and received the replacement this morning. How often do we praise good service though. The best form of advertising is often by word of mouth so we need to praise it when it is due. How many of us just take it for granted and don't mention good service? Be nice if they would go super efficient like John Norris as they have the products just lack a bit on the mail order side I've had the same prob excellent service with in-stock items,but when its out of stock i have literally waited 2 weeks before. The item did arrive late due to it being out of stock, apart from that, once it was returned, the quick turn around was surprising! I just wished to express how happy I was with the service. Dekers Posted July 14, 2012 Report Share Posted July 14, 2012 Dorchester were a heap of **** for me, cost me a load of wasted time and fuel and screwed me about. I expressed my displeasure via email and was happy with the outcome. We all have good and bad days, sometimes things go to plan and other times everything falls apart, it's a fact of life.
