I assume that the Reliant era was pre shooting? As no FEO worth their salt would give a licence to someone with a three pin plug parked on their drive.:lol::lol:

From the pictures you have posted LG, you are quite a big bloke. Did you never worry about tipping it over going around corners?

Cheers

Even a Datsun cherry and the Fiat 126, oh and not to leave out the Skoda Estelle.

It DID roll thats why i don't have it any more

Was good fun though i took a roundabout at about 30mph and turned to sharply :D

You pay £5 for rides like that at the fair i paid nothing :/

Mungler!!

A car is a car matey :D

And as for walking i walk near everywhere as it is the car is only used at the mo for going to the shooting club and doing the shopping. Everywhere else i go i walk anyway.

I fail to see why there is a stigma attatched to driving round in anything other than a car of someone ELSES choice?

Variety is the spice of life my friend and i feel no shame for trying out new and different things (including the motoring variety)

I have my Car licence my Bike Licence and a Bus licence.

Next i want to take my HGV and then i want to try a spell in the light aircraft also

I want to pop my clogs knowing i have tried and did more things than most other people. As it is in 35 years i have done MORE than a lot of other people will do in a life time.

Most of it crazy granted but it's all fun and i want to make the most of life.

I am impulsive and spontanious and when i get an idea in my head rather than talk myself out of it i GO for it.

I guess i have never grown up and i DON'T want to be one of these grumpy old **** who keeps complaining about kids making noise and playing football in the streets. You know the type!!! The ones who FORGET they were kids once themselves.

99.999 % of these cars were on one of the motoring programes TWOC taken without offical concent lists - Geordie Land :lol::lol:

Tam!

In the 18 years i have owned cars i have had 1 stolen thats still 1 to many but putting that into perspective on the street i live on now in the last 5 years only 3 cars have been stolen and the street has over 120 houses. Compare that with London or Manchester and you will see Newcastle is not the car crime capital.

Sure we have crime here the same as any other city in the UK but it's by FAR better than MOST major cities.

I can walk out of my house and leave the door unlocked while i walk to the shop and back. My Neighbours are fantastic and we still have a nice old fashioned neighbourhood feel to the place we acknowledge each other when we meet in the street our neighbours put our bins out if we forget we get people round to borrow stuff.

A real sense of community.

Don't beleive everything you see on the TV :D
