TOM'S DAD
Shot these two Crows with a lot of 'white' in thier wing feathers today whilst out pigeon shooting. Been seeing quite a few over the last 2-3 yrs in our area. Definately not Hooded crows/ Hybreds down here! A closer picture Have any of you guys seen anything similar in your areas? leeboy
I,ve been seeing crows with a lot of white on them for about the last 3 years. I had always assumed that they were very old birds as I managed to get quite close to one once that looked ancient. But on looking on other sites especially the one dedicated to crow shooting I'm starting to think that they maybe hybrids.Haven't managed to shoot one yet to get a proper close up look. Vulcha
I'm pretty sure they're young crows. A few years back I was riding my bike through this field and went real close to this crow to try and scare it and it didn't take off or anything, so I swerved to avoid it. I got off my bike and went up to it and it kinda hopped off into a bush and what I assume was mum or dad started crowing at me and pecking the tree. It had these white markings on it.
