I was there just before Christmas and can't wait to go back and do some of the things we missed out on. Bubba Gumps in Times Square was a good meal and good value. I would definately recommend The Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty , Central Park and Tiffanys (for some browny points). We also found the Deli's good value for food as some of the bigger restaurants were a bit expensive. Also saw Mama Mia on Broadway and would recommend it.

Due to lack of time I am reluctantly selling my Gen 2+ rifle scope. I bought this from NV Scopes. It cost £2850 new will accept £2000 it has a mount with it made for a .17 hmr and 2 spare batteries. the model is SM-3S2 D/N. It is as new and has only been used twice. I live on the outskirts of a town and up until Saturday everything was ok. It is supposed to be 2meg internet but not sure it is actually that. As far as anti virus I haven't changed anything . Have been using Norton for a few years now with no problems. I tried a system restore but for some reason that failed!

Videos off the internet BBC , You tube ect.

I 'm having problems with my PC at the moment. When trying to watch videos the pictures keep freezing and seem to re buffer and carry on doing this during the whole video. Any help welcome.

So sorry to here your news. You are in my thoughts. I know all to well what your going through.

Probably been asked before but I am now in a position where I can afford at least a Gen 2 night vision scope. Would prefer one which is a day/night scope so the need for re zeroing is not an issue. Have used a Gen 1 scope on a freinds rifle but no experiance of setting up ect. Would appreciate any sensible advice. Thanks

Although i have not posted on here in a while some of you know my wife has been battling cancer . Unfortunately she lost her brave battle this morning and passed away aged 38 years. . I cannot put into words how much I will miss her or how much pain I am in , but I have to be brave and carry on for the sake of our young children. I would also like to publicly thank Melb3 who has been an absolute rock for me these last few months. RIP HELEN I WILL AWAYS LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MORE THAN WORDS CAN SAY

I work making fibre optic cables and we have definately slowed down. Last year we could do as much overtime as we wanted now there hasn't been any overtime for 4 months. And to add to that we have just laid off all the tempoary staff (15 people) because things are very quite .We also have restrictions on how many people can have annual leave on each shift but have been told we can allow an extra person per shift can have annual leave because we are so quiet. Not looking good for the next few months as orders have almost stopped coming in we usually have 4/5 orders per day but that is down to 2 or 3 a week.

I've had similar problems the last couple of weeks but mine is with the picture freezing rather than breaking up. I've put it down to the weather as it is definately worse when it rains heavily.
