Mrs Sweepy
I have got the whole day off tomorrow. And instead of doing the normal Sunday stay at home and clean the house. I really fancy packing me sandwiches&fizzy pop and having a Suzys day out. Only trouble is I have no idea where or doing what so please help Now I don't mind if it's in Kent,Essex,Suffolk or even Norfolk I have my little red car and a full tank plus goodies. Don't want to do shops it's not my thing I love castles but think I have done most of them round here Though I do fancy something Historic so if you have any ideas please run them by me. I really don't fancy another day scrubbing floors xxxxSuzy P.s I have done Colchester Zoo so many times Even the monkeys are now bored of ******* in front of me

NickS
I enjoyed a day out at Down House, the home of Charles Darwin. Just the place for a Sunday School outing Eltham Palace is worth a visit or I have a contact at Biggin Hill who is happy to take people up in his plane for a sightseeing tour over London at low level for a share of the costs (Can't do that at the moment as there are Olympic airspace restrictions in place). How about a day on the beach at Southend? Nick
Mrs Sweepy
If I head to the seaside it has to be somewhere that have a few little boats bopping up or down and a nice little place to eat and drink on the sea front Went to Down House last year, really is worth a visit and kids would love it too. I love flying so that will be something I could be interested in at sometime. Kentwell hall is a lovely house to visit and they also have a little farm of rare breeds If I remember right Thank you, Nick xxxx Suzy

NickS
Have you been to Chartwell, the Churchill family home? Another house worth a visit is Standen. If you like flying and venture to the Wild West of London, I am always happy to take people up. I cannot go over London, having half the required number of engines but Oxford and/or the south coast make for an interesting flight. Blackbushe cafe do a good breakfast
Mrs Sweepy
No, though Churchill did have a house(one of many am guessing) In the next village too mine. It was only sold a few year back. Thank you for your offer,Nick if am ever in the wild west of London,I will look you up I've always fancied dressing as Biggles for a day xxxxSuzy

Mrs Sweepy
Well by the time I got my act together it's was getting late so just jumped in the car and ended up at a little pub in the middle of nowhere and just sat and watch the world go by . Sometimes that can be just as nice xxxxSuzy
