Cranfield
pigeonbasher1, have you posted your question here because you are prepared to pay for the answer, or is there another reason ? dibbz2000 is right. Edit Note: to make sense of my response and others, be aware that pigeonbasher1's question was originally posted in the Buy, Sell or Swop Forum. pin
Your broswser needs to be configured to accept cookes from the pigeonwatch site for this feature to work. If you have paranoid security settings, crappy antivirus / firewall software these could also be bloking the cookies. Oh, and thats a tenner please

Cranfield
I have this free item of software, which cleans up my PC automatically and allows me to choose which cookies I allow and the rest get auto deleted. You can get it here, http://www.snapfiles.com/get/iepk.html Alternatively, go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy . Sites > put in the PigeonWatch address and click on "Allow". I strongly recommend IEPrivacy Keeper, its a great programme.

I am not being funny cranners but if you valued your privacy you wouldn't be using IE at all
Cranfield
pin, I tried Mozilla Firefox for about 3 months and had so many problems, I couldn't get back to IE fast enough. If its OK for 80% of the worlds PC's, its good enough for me.
pin
Thats the problem though cranners Everyone uses it, so every malicious coder makes exploits and malware to take advantage of that fact. I don't use a windows PC, I do have one for games though. I am biased though , if it doesn't work in FF I don't want to see it anyway One example of safety in numbers which doesn't hold water in my view.
