DR JAMES
Last 1 of the Oats, Barley & WHEAT fields (BEANS still to do) My M8`s first ever Fox with his shot gun while the combine was going away from him this Fox desided to just walk out thinking my M8 was not there. How wrong he was. http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk140/DEANREX/IMG_1112.jpg Myself shot these 2 Fox`s which reluctantly came out the Wheat field but had no choise as the combine was nearly at their hind legs before they desided to make a run for it, I think they new I was there as I was up wind to them so not to gett covered in the combines dust / swaff. http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk140/DEANREX/IMG_1110.jpg http://i279.photobucket.com/albums/kk140/DEANREX/IMG_1108.jpg Hope you like, let me know what you think thx. Norrie
Good stuff..keep up the good work...pesky things...... I thoroughly enjoy foxing with the shotgun, bought a 3in magnum for that and Geese... nothing to beat it, up close etc...none of that 2-300 yds stuff..tho I do that too sometimes... I go on driven fox shoots, and last season we accounted for loads of the things...one day, we had 10... Season starts pretty soon, looking forward to it too.. ATB... DR JAMES
well done, what cartridges did you use ? I used 38gr BB`s as its close range shooting. If on a driven Fox day i would use 46gr or 48gr BB`s but there is AA`s or AAA`s - So long as it packs a punch and the ball bearings our of a good size then it will kill them cleanly & humainly. Top shot Doc !! see you next week with olly321 C U NEXT WEEK - Looking forward to meeting U both thx
