Will 1994 Posted October 2, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 2, 2012 Yeah i have one it just says 12/70 850Bar And underneith the barrels it has a little circle with a crown on top and SP in the middle thats might be " Steel Proof" or "Sporter" . Started to reply but lost it when I looked at scarecrow's post. Your 850 is standard yet the symbol you mention (without the circle normally) is /was for Superior Proof. I guess it would be confusing to have another virtually identical meaning Standard although I believe now Superior has 2 crowns. If you find out for sure would you kindly sing out (unless someone knows) purely out of interest as I don't think it'll be either of your suggestions?
