willks84
Anyone on here had any Seeland Moor Stable 18" 5mm Wellington Boots By any chance what they like they look ok and they're cheap enough but just been told they only last a couple of weeks before they spring a leak? Your views and opinions would be appreciated

Alex C
You were informed correctly. Mine split at the heel seam about 4 months after i bought them. I had chucked the reciept so couldnt take them back to the retailer. I contacted Seeland in the hope they would exchange them, they told me to jog on. If you are looking for wellies google John Norris in Penrith. He does slight second hunters. Absolutely spot on and at half the RRP, or the same price as seeland. kyska
Had mine for six months so far with no issues I've had mine a couple of years and they are still going strong, it would appear its a bit of a lottery, the consitency seems a little suspect. al4x
mine I get one step then squelch then repeat as long as I walk in the wet I can officially say I hate my seelands. The heel construction is just ridiculous and comes un bonded after not a huge amount of walking. I've accepted now you get what you pay for with wellies so either buy really cheap or expensive. I'm also going off neoprene as a lining as I tend to walk through it but I am a fairly heavy user as my boots do 5 miles a day most of the year.
