dodeer
See todays shooting times and there is a sausage stuffer in there. I think it is £165 approx. I think I better buy one now after thinking of pork and apple, venison, wild boar, game sausages!!!!UMM

Columbus Polumbus
Cabela's sell them YP and their prices are good too. Give them a look you will be surprised how reasonable their prices are. Col Pol
Hammergun
Ring round the catering and food processing equipment dealers in the Yellow Pages. Some friends got a sausage maker from a butchers which had packed in for £25 The ones on Cabelas most probably only run on 110 volt, 60 cycles so are no good over here. markadams
YP, I have two grinders\stuffers, one is electric and the other is a hand cranked machine. I find the the hand operated machine is far better than the electric one as it is all metal and has more ooph. I purchased it from a local cook shop for about 22 pound and the stuffer tubes were about 4 pound. It clamps onto the side of a unit and has a handle. The electric one is plastic as does not seem to have the power to grind tough meat so I hardly use it anymore. Venison and red wine sausages are fantastic. I buy the skins from a local butcher, I get a bag full which will last a long time, they are packed in salt so need to be washed off before use. Send me a PM if you need any further help Mark. Pigeon Pieman
YP, I assume your sausages will have coleslaw in them That way you could recycle your wrestling products and Mrs YP (to be) will never find out
