CZ 452 Silhouette stock finish

Just back from my local Gunshop and was looking at their rifles. They've got in a brand new CZ 452 silhouette in .22lr with what I can best describe as a rubberised stock. It's very similar to the browning dura coat finish and I wondered whether that's a new finish they're using? My silhouette was bought a few months ago and has the standard plastic stock. Anyone know anything about it?

I bought the same rifle as you a few months ago, and like you the stock was plastic......

The "Plastic" stock on the .22lr Style and Silhouette are different, and the HMR Silhouette is different to both of those.

Nothing stands still and a new stock altogether may have arrived. At this time I know nothing of it though, so any info would be appreciated!

This was definitely a silhouette labelled as such with a black stock and barrel. Also in the rack was the 'normal' silhouette and a style, all in .22lr. I've emailed Edgar bros and will have a chat with the guys in the shop next time I'm in. IMHO that stock makes the near enough perfect rim fire even better!
