pigeon controller
Just a thought about global warming. Watching the weather forecast if we had normal cold weather pre global warming how deep would the snow be with all this RAIN???

Tug
This is just a normal weather cycle, big rain is nothing new. The only difference is that waterways, rivers, ditches and gulleys used to be maintained on a much more proactive basis. It's all due to cutbacks, efficiencies and polciy changes over successive years...

When I fish it I get three feet max in the boat channel and 18 inches at the edge. When it falls off the Birminham plateau it goes down 26 locks . They wonder why we have floods? When I was a kid we swam in the cut and the dredged it very six months. Sorry to rant.
