Apologies for bringing up an old topic, did a search and thought it would be best to comment on here than start a new topic.

 

How loud are these targets? I am thinking of getting some Air Rifle targets for the garden...

Way, WAY too loud for a 'normal' residential garden! I think you can get ones that just flash though and don't produce much sound but do you really want your neighbours think you're 'shooting explosives' in your back garden?? :oops:

Ahhhh dont say that! Not to worry. Ill do it in my mates garden haha! Ill just tell him its a target and let the rest surprise him

We use a lot at the club. They seem to vary quite a lot in 'power'. I've shot them on the ground and some leave a 2 inch deep crater, some just go pop. Most are louder than a 12 bore. If you are looking straight at one when it goes off at less than 20 yards your eyes will go funny for a bit :w00t: In general, i would say not suitable for your average suburban back garden!
