B725 Posted January 4, 2013 Report Share Posted January 4, 2013 We have a grass field near us that floods in a dip,it takes two days to flood but only24 hours to drain just before christmas the duck found it so we put out four decoys and sat in the hedgerows and waited.I will add it is only about 30x20 foot across,the duck came onto the water and the rest is history.Six was enough so we left them to it as we do not shoot more than we need.
