gunners
Here is my first attempt at making No6 shot. Made 15 Kgs in an hour yesterday. Now i have it running i need to make a larger tank to receive it as i had to keep removing the shot to keep the depth of coolant.

gunners
Have made from steel and angle with a boiling ring element and teperateure sensor. The hardest part is the drippers and drilling the holes. There are plenty of posts on here which are well worth a read. I have a free supply of lead which already has antimony in which is a bonus. Making the lead into ignots atakes longer than producing the shot. I have enough lead for around 30kgs with the same again on the way.next week. That should keep me going for a bit.
