grousemoor
It's all in the head, if you're tired/stresed yuor brain won't work as well and you miss. I like Rammer Burt's idea of stopping, eat, drink and start again. It's too easy to get frustrated and blast onward to a poor score!! Mate, if they were being honest, everyone on this forum has days like this - you are by no means alone. I've gone from shooting 30/100, to 40/100 to 60+/100, and then put in a card of 25/100 - just made a total mess of it on the day coz my mind wasn't in it and wasn't checking where I was making mistakes and just carried on shooting and p*ssing away shells. Happens to the best of us - and I'm by no means one of the best of us. It wil change and you'll get back into the swing of it. Good luck - we all need it.
