Big Mat
I think the 30g are in fiber and plastic but 32g are just in plastic. I did have a load of the 32gram in fibre, i don't know if they've stopped doing them but you could get them 6 months ago! Used up the last out roosting on the weekend, gone over to hull super fast 29gram 6s now!
TJ91
£63 for 250 mate. Not a cheap sport anymore !! Well worth it though ! And there was me thinkng it was an expensive. Hobby paying 47quid for 250!
Marc Z
get a cartridge that says 'pigeon' on it. if you want fibre, get a cartridge that says 'pigeon' and 'fibre' on it. job done.
Royboy
You can't get pigeon carts round here for that price ! Would have to be a clay load. Marc Z shoot with what suits the way you shoot ! Job done
motty
TBH if your decoying its not much of an effort to pick up your plastic wads at the end of the day. Its just about tidyness and respect really. If plastic wads are cheaper you may consider the option of picking them up to be acceptable for a bit of a saving. It is a bit of an effort if you've had 300 shots and you're shooting over standing crops.
bucksshooter
does seem like fibre is winning the debate at the moment
Guest cookoff013
just looked on just cartridges, they do fibre nobelsports for 185 /k and fibre and #6-#5 shot thats a good value shell.
swingit
Another vote for Fibre wads. For a couple of quid more you will not have to worry about the mess you leave behind and you will notice no difference in your effective killing range. I've shot a few boxes of the nobel in fibre and they are good! Using Hull Super Fast 26g 6s at the moment in fibre, £44 for 250!

Bluebarrels
If I've had a good day on the pigeons I usually try and walk the decoy layout and pick up as many plastic wads as I can find, and usually get a fair percentage of them. If the farmer wants a particular cartridge to be used he's welcome to buy them for me That's what I also do if using plas wad and if your decoying, the wads are usually all within the decoy area so when I pick up the deeks at the end of the session, I also pick up the wads BB
