triumphant59
Superb example of this classic sidelock and good value, if you can cope with 26" barrels! Why they didn't make them all 28" I will never know!

Eyefor
Just to clarify - this is my gun and (contrary to what the advert has defaulted to) I am a PW member and can be contacted either by PM or by email. I just need to wipe all the drooling saliva off the advert now.... Someone is going to get a beauty.

triumphant59
I wouldn't give it away, problem is you have chosen the worst time to sell a sxs. Difficult to see what the woods like from your photo's, No 2's vary from being quite plain to very nice but they all benefit from a nice rubbed oil finish. It definately would be more saleable if it had 28" barrels but it is what it is. If your not desperate to sell I would try again in August/September time

I am definitely not giving it away as, having fired less than 200 cartridges from new, it is in super condition. I had a dealer come and look at it yesterday who has made a not totally unreasonable offer but I would prefer it to go to someone who will enjoy it - not just someone who wants to make a profit out of it? Eyefor
PM replied. This gun has been withdrawn from sale on Gunwatch but (for reasons unknown) it is not synchronising the info / changes with PW. I have informed a moderator but nothing changed yet. Thanks.
