figgy
I have a 28g Yildiz ou that I love to use for game, these are built on a 20g action so I'm after a second set of barrels in 20g for it. I know the barrels will need a bit of fettling to fit. A junior stock would be good also without breaking the bank,as I teach my nephew with the gun but its long for him and I won't cut the stock, as I need the length for me and its got a nice bit of wood. Thanks for any help and advice. Figgy
Alycidon
Should be fairly straightforward for a competent gunsmith to fit. I have a second set on my 687. You will need to have the second set recorded on your ticket as per a new gun. Make sure that your force list it as a barrel set only, mine did not on their records but did on my ticket, come renewal they were looking for the rest of the donor gun. A My 687 20 also has 28 barrels but my force do not record spare barrels at all! It seems to depend where you are located.
figgy
Hopefully when I find some my force don't list spare barrels. Figgy
JohnfromUK
I have two guns with two sets barrels (one Beretta I've owned many years and an AyA, more recently acquired) - and the additional barrels are not mentioned on the on licence. There has been no problem with this.
