dunganick
not good for fox 300+ imho more like 190-200 However, this rifle is a great oppertunity for someone to get a quality rifle. My old man waited 2 year for one of these but never got hold of one. H enow has a hornet he is happy with, but the above is what he really wanted. They are a quality gun. Someone is getting a bargin here.

markbivvy
hi nick. what load do you and your old man put in these things please.
dunganick
i cant recall the load of powder (will ask when old man is in better mood) but we use a powder called lil gun (actually a shotgun powder, pressure behaves in a weird way meaning you can run very hot loads) with remington brass, remington 6 1/2 primers, hornady Vmax 35grain. Seated using a Forster Die (means no run out, which we suffered with rcbs dies) It will hold 1/2" @ 100 yards and my brothers first target ever shot was with this gun and its under 3/4" and he had never shot a rifle before. The above load is doing 3250 fps when we last chrono'd it and gives a very flat trajectory out to 150yards and then an awful one as the light and very high drag bullet carries no energy, so its in the region of 4" low @ 200 fun bunny gun
