Matthews919 Posted March 31, 2013 Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 Hi everyone I am stuart I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum as its nice to know a bit of background on each other , I am 35 years old I live in downham market in Norfolk , I have been into shooting and conservation since I was about 13 years old but then started a family was working away from home and parked my guns up for what has at least been ten years , I am currently looking for a permission locally to get back into what I loved so much but with little success at the moment , but I am looking all the time and will not give in , five months back I got myself a couple of ferrets as this was another pastime I missed so much plus it's another avenue hopefully I can use . Matthews919 Posted April 3, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 3, 2013 Hi everyone just a bit of an update ,after spending most of my Easter driving about knocking on door looking for a bit of permission to shoot and most of them were knock backs due to having people already shooting their land , it finally paid off fingers crossed meeting up with a farmer tonight he farms five thousand acres and said he has plenty of pigeons I could have a go at , so meeting up he will show the lay out of the fields etc so I am very happy and hopefully it will give me plenty of shooting , cheers again for all the warm welcome,s Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
