leeds chimp
True with any company you get good and bad Just don't want the net speed to go down if I move to a different company
ayano3
Example of talk talk: One of our friends father's just passed away. His name was on the contract so she tried to change the name on the Talk Talk bill to that of her mother. The operator insisted on talking to her dad even thought she had told him twice that her dad had died last week. Finally she had to hang up and will call again when not so upset. Thats their level of customer service. Both me and the mrs suggested a nice mail or letter to the CEO of the company reporting the guy at Talk Talk and to get him to listen to the call, as all calls are recorded. Wouldnt you want to just get hold of the person and rip his head off !!!,
subsonicnat
You will Regret it.. They are a Total waste of time, told them I was leaving them, didn`t give a monkeys nuts: They had heard it all before, my mate went with them 12 months back, signed another agreement, after 2 months he was doing his nut, Wondered if he went with another company they would PAY towards going with them, So splitting the cost to him, No Chance... He cannot wait for it to run out, be warmed they are ****: Been There: like my mate: I am with O2 but they have been bought out, by virgin, My service has been Brilliant, even out in the sticks: If had to change would go with the Yorkshire Company, Plusnet.. leeds chimp
Does the speed change with different supplier or does it stay the same?
Penelope
I believe, talk talk and plusnet use the same BT infrastructure.

subsonicnat
As Above agree totaly: By the way TT have their own switches, you have to BUY the line back to go back onto Bt LINE: it cost me about £85.00 .. They didn`t tell me that either, they put their own switches in so you have to do this, what a **** company: Go To PLUSNET, I did make a mistake above in my last post, said O2 had been took over by Virgin, ERROR: its being took over by SKY, anyone had any problems with them: !!!.?. Did have a letter through the post, saying they were going to put Fibre Optic down here, But live on the outskirts so to speak, only about a dozen houses round here??. Time will tell:
