bigman
Are you resting the barrel on anything? The free floating barrel can flex a fair bit
BSA-airgunner
The pellet is still climbing......
NIGHT SEARCHER
A pellet passes the parallel line of the scope twice. On the way up and again on the way down. So if you zero at 30 yds on the way down you should find that you are zeroed at 10 yds on the way up. So it looks like your scope is zeroed at 35 yds with the pellet on the way up. This is why we zero at 35 yds so you shouldn`t be more than 1/2 inch out of your crosshair aim point from 15 yds to 45 yds.
FalconFN
I'd zero at 15 yards first then refine the zero for 35 yards so your 2 zeros fall within a reasonable range. To get a clearer idea of what I mean you should download Hawke Chairgun (google it), its free and quite useful to have.
