pavman
As you all know its rare for a Defender to break down! Yea right Anyway just wanted to say publicly a big thanks to LB, not only did he spend some time under the hood on his resent visit to me, he kindly talked me through a resent diesel cut off valve problem until I got it sorted, no doubt saved me a few quid into the bargain, not quite sure what him and Mrs P was talking about for so long as I was waiting for the next instruction down the phone, but hey nice result the Defender stops when I turn ignition off now! You’re a star Charlie, big thanks, you ugly *******

I've got the same problem and can't understand how putting my foot on the brake cuts it out. Dave
