here's a question some maybe able to answer,

currently living in london at my house after me and the other half had lived at her place in essex for the last couple of years, the house aint badly situated and its closer to work, but of course miss the rural living, have toyed with the idea of moving "up north" as my girlfriend is a northern lass (farmers daughter) and she would love to move back to north yorkshire, but my worry Is "WORK" have spent most of my life in the construction trade, and although a quailified drylinner am also a "jack of all trades" but currently work as a pest control tech and have passed my BPCA exams, and would prefer to stay in this line of work

so the question being, is work available up north for a "southerner" in pest control, or would I be better of staying put?:stupid:

Three choices:

Write to all the Boroughs in the area where you want to live asking if they've any vacancies in their pest control teams. Send CV

Write to Rentokil, Terminex and and other big ones up there and ask if any vacancies up there.

Send CV

Start you own pest control business in the area you want to live in. If you work hard, you should break even after about five years.
