remmy1100
was sitting today thinking of things that could be made and usefull for shooting,i came up with a pigeon decoy with a head that bobs like them nodding dogs you get for cars slightest breeze would move it and very realistic side bobbing motion, and a gun slip that converts into a game bag as a couple of places i shoot i need to carry slip for crossing public highways ect and slip is no good untill im back to cross again but a game bag would be better than empty slip. anyone got any ideas someone out there might take on. pin
Something that works out if birds out at 40yds+ are upside down or not, and puts them the right way up would be useful!
Hunter
Yes, back to the topic no more flirting chaps I have not really come up with anything myself, but I have managed to built a couple of neat swinging targets with some metal and an old welder (soon to be replaced!) As a hobby, I liked to keep it fun a simple. It doesnt feel right to spend all those ££ on things you can make yourself, so I think if you have an idea, go for it and see if it works out. Something that works out if birds out at 40yds+ are upside down or not, and puts them the right way up would be useful! A pigeon shooter with good eyesight? Yorkshire Pudding
What about a thing that you could attach to the top of a rifle , that makes stuff thats a long long way away appear closer . I think that would be mint . all the best yis yp
Hunter
They tried that, unfortunatly it makes the gun a little heavy

Yorkshire Pudding
Hunter If one of those things is too heavy , i have come up with a fine idea .. I call this invention "the bi-pod" No it does'nt swing both ways . It has 2 "legs" that attach to the bottom of your gun , you put the feet of the bi-pod on the ground and rest the weight of the gun on the bi-pod . I think that will catch on don't you ? all the best yis yp
pin
Pre-formed led "pellets" for airgunners to save them time on the casting process Doesn't stop there, sharpened lengths of metal with which we can slice meats, may be more efficient than chewing alone. The last one is a doozy, a FOUR wheeled cart with not a horse at one end, but another two wheels! In the midst of such a contraption I hath conceived "the engine" which will propel the cart WITHOUT THE AID OF A HORSE!! I will probably be burned at the stake for such heracy!
