Cosd
Use recordable DVD's
OddJob
Or a pen drive seeing as memory is cheap as anything. 16Gb for £9 on eBay, and that's for a SanDisk one.

goodo123
I did'nt know that you could copy (legally) a cd onto a dvd. Im not 100% sure but I think you can transfer the data to any device and as long as you hold the original and you are the user and don't sell or disclose the data in any form your fine.I'm no legal expert though. Marc Z
dvd is just a type of storage. Obviously you can't use a DVD in an CD player for music playback, but for just data it's perfect. But really, just get a memory stick, it'll cost less in the long-run.
aris
This is why buying cd's is preferable to buying MP3's. You have the right to transfer to any data type and medium you want, and also the right of resale.
Marc Z
The quality of sound on CD over MP3 is enough for preference
