eccles
Did not have much on this morning, dropped Granddaughter for her school bus. Collected my gear and went for few hours after the crows Put up the hide out with the decoys, had my smoke and a cuppa,1 carrion came in soon bang down he went,it carried on like this 1 at a time kept saying to myself i'll pack then 1 more would come. My mate Max asked if i had a few pigeons he'd like a couple so shot 4 for him i was on barley stubble though i would have a good day. only had 29 shots 25 mixed crows and the 4 pigeons. Went after i packed up over the main road and the crows where in the winter barley they had flattened a big patch seen Chris as i left and said they had been in it a few days, but had not seen the damage. Will try there next time sat most prob if not wet.

flynny
Would of been ok on some of my permissions JD but there are loads where i was today i was just in the wrong place . atb Terry I know how you feel mate, I was out on sat morn, the feild I wanted to go on was being sprayed with manure, so I had to set up on the feild next to it. I still shot 30 odd black uns, but as soon as the tractors went for a top up they were on it like a rash. I couldn't be arrised moving so I was just watching the bleeders from a couple of hundred yards away, Hey ho that's the way it goes, Ps, on the geese tomorrow at dusk so hope fully a nice skein will pass my way, At least we are out and about, Atb Flynny
