.philmypower.
Well shot rich, did they come in to decoys or were you on a flight line. There's hundreds of greylag near me but I'm finding them a lot harder to decoy and call in than Canada's. How you finding them.

Archie-fox
Well shot rich, did they come in to decoys or were you on a flight line. There's hundreds of greylag near me but I'm finding them a lot harder to decoy and call in than Canada's. How you finding them. Catch them as they fly over to the stubble fields, so on a flight line, must of seen 7/800 easy... I do put decoys out and use a goose call, my mate turned a load round and they came in for a look... But you must keep so still and be well hidden, only move at the last moment...stopped shooting at 9am and they were still flying over in there hundreds...but I can only use a small amount of geese and couldn't take them to the butchers this week so only shot what I could deal with myself...spent the next few hours plucking them and breasting them out... Well done Ozzi Yea the lab loves it, it's my mates dog... He's a good dog and isn't afraid to get hold of a goose and struggle back to the hide with it..
