Used to make blackberry brandy using a recipe from shooting times years ago, and even I have to say it was amazing, but have now lost it and wondered if anybody had it, or had a good tried and tested one? spinach Posted September 26, 2013 Report Share Posted September 26, 2013 300-350 g blackberries half weight in sugar 70cl brandy. Kilner jar . Dark room , three months min. To mess about at cinnamon stick. Sterile jar add berries hulled sugar and brandy turn every few days till sugar gone, Leave in dark. Strain to remove bits. Eat berries with cream.
