gorin
Has anyone Been getting any pigeons in teeside, I shoot in the stokesly area and I've been out a few times in the last few weeks for a drive around the fields and twice I have not seen a single woody on what are normally good flight lines, it's driving me mad

Michael170874
I too shoot around ripon north yorks ,borough bridge, and dishforth .last year I was seeing thousands of birds .but uptill now not a single pigeon flying anywhere .they are either hiding in the huge woods or they all gone south.my friend who's an avid bird watcher tells me he saw millions leaving the south west coast heading for France,Spain, over two weeks ago.bang goes our decoying this winter. Dazza9t9
Couple of weeks ago I didn't see any at all, but I've started to see twos and threes so I am hoping they are starting to return. Maybe misplaced optimism

Lg1
Your lucky to see even a woody sat on your chimney in Teesside... Popped over to York Saturday to see if any better, similar story! Not much around but as it hit 2:45 lots came back to the roosting wood... God knows we're they have been but still was nice to see them. Bring on the cold!!!
