ronan nee
Hello all. I am looking to purchase a second shot gun and came across the browining cynergy sporter 12 gauge invector +. I have only seen it over the internet and am planning to take a look at it in person over the next couple of weeks. Any advice from you who have or are using it would be great. thanks
MC
I think the Cynergy is like marmite you either love it or hate it. I wanted one until I picked one up,it felt awful and handled like a wet sack of spuds. But it a Browning and the quality will be there, it is up to you whether you like it or not. Gordon R
Apart from the looks - that's personal choice - the forend seems very, very slim.

miffy
I think Miffy might have some input on this I've just bought one and i like it ( i really must stop impulse buying ). I have the 30" top cote and so far the results have been good. I won my syndicates clay shoot with it (6 years in a row now ) the day after i bought it, and i even beat a new member who owns his own clay shooting ground It's a nice gun but i'm still getting used to it and i personally love it

ronan nee
got out to the dealers today to check out that cynergy but, not only was there no cynergy's in stock, but there was no browings, good or bad sign. had a look at some beretta's anyways, 686E, 686 ONYX, 391 TEKNYS, Baikal semi and a lamber o/u. ruled out lamber straight off, and the baikal semi even though it seemed like a solid gun(black syntetic), i want to spend a little more. liked the 391 semi but worried about the flaking problem. the two 686's are cracking guns, both handle well, feel good and are well finished, the 686E been slightly heavier but still nicely balanced. might hold off until i see the cynergy but i like the 686E sporter alot. seen a cz 22 varmint as well. hate going into the same shop. spend a fortune regards ronan thanks alot conor. can't stop thinking about that one in that blue mini skirt B) :yp:

me and my lad
got a black ice almost a year ago and i love it !! few people have tried it when ive been out with it and loved it, think the thing that puts a lot people off is it isnt engraved to death with girly pigeons or ducks !! my lads has had a 20b wood cynergy for just over 12 months, he loves it also. have never had a problem with either gun
