Gunman
Usualy its the piston/plunger spring in the trigger that either gets clagged up or has broken , that said I would advise having it looked at by a competent gun smith as it could be other things . Harnser
Take the stock off and have a look to see if its any thing obvious . Remove the butt pad and unsrew the the bolt that holds the stock onto the action . Ounce the stock has been removed you will be able to see all the trigger assembly ,springs ,sears ,ect . Harnser. Gordon R
Is it totally stuck, or is the safety preventing much movement? Either way - stock off, for a peep.

Gordon R
Westley - this happened to me with a Browning GTi. I thought it was the end of the world - merely a trigger slipping back and fouling the guard.

Yep Gordon, I have 'fixed' many a Browning/Miroku and even Berettas, when I was invoved with a shooting ground.
