lakeside1000 Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 I've been shooting clays with a local club for some time, when I first started I was only getting 20/50 but the last few weeks my average has steadily risen, many weeks in the mid 30's then a 39 a 37 and this week at last 40/50 , hitting that magic 40 has made me realise I can do better, we only shoot once a week but I cant wait to get out there for the next session, now I have to try to get 45 , or more , never satisfied with just doing ok, or the same as before, I just love the competitive atmosphere when with a bunch of like minded shooters.roll on next session. The wife and I have been shooting every weekend for just over a year and thought we were both steadily improving. Had a month off due to new baby and now we both feel like beginners again!!
