I am just trying to find out the age of the gun. on the bottom of the barrels is stamped C D. I have read up and these are the manufacture year, just need to know what they mean... All Italian guns are stamped with a date code for the year of proof which is normally also the year of manufacture. This table covers years up to 2008 These are the codes for subsequent years: CD - 2009 CF - 2010 CH - 2011 CI - 2012 CL - 2013 CM - 2014 Hope this helps.
