Madcowz
I went up to Horne last week for my first registered shoot and did really badly (41/100). There I said it, I feel better now, cleansed almost. Rather than spanking good money on expensive courses, I think I would be better off spending it on some quality instruction. I have thumbed through Google for a ground/instructor, but has anyone got any recommendations in the Surrey area, around Dorking/Horsham? We have Lower Lodge close by and Headley up the road. But open to any other suggestions. And willing to travel. thanks.

That would be an interesting conversation to listen in on. Dr W
Please keep me posted if you find someone good. I'm in a similar position in needing some instruction and live in the area (almost but Horne nearest place and also moving down to Surrey soon). Would dearly like some good advice as I start out. Highlander
If you can find him, Paul Beecher is/was IMO one of the best tutors in the game.
dunganick
i believe you have bisley on your door step, if you book an hours instruction down there the instructors normally are willing to offer 1 on 1 instruction, this may well be the best way to meet a good instructor. I was offered to be coached by one of the guys there, however surrey is too far for me to go for coaching.
