The Mighty Prawn
Only that you will obviously need your FAC to buy anything, but you would be mad to buy one if you're thinking about having it with you at the show or leaving it in your tent over the weekend. I'd suggest if you do buy that you arrange to pick up as close to your leaving as possible so you can just take the gun home to the cabinet. You have a responsibility to keep it secure so any other plans would be inviting trouble.
Blunderbuss
As long as you keep it secure after you've bought it, no issues at all. Leaving it unattended in your tent is an obvious no no. Secure in a vehicle is better, but not ideal. Best to ask the dealer to keep hold of it until you're ready to leave.
AronDaglish
Ok thanks guys after I posted this there is a gun storage stand on the cla grounds and you can keep it there over night thanks for the replays guys
jimmyb79
I'm not sure they look after rifles - might be wrong - but I thought it was shotguns only. Best bet would be to ask the dealer to hold until you're just about to go home...
dougall
Just if you buy leave it with the standholder until you depart or arrange later delivery/collection..
AronDaglish
A safe and secure facility is available at the Clay Line. Daily storage available from 8.30am to 5pm and over night storage for an extra charge. That's what I found on the game fair website

ferguson_tom
Safest bet is leave it with the dealer and go pick it up on your way out the show, the dealer should keep hold of it for you no problem.
